Engine

YANMAR 4JH3E 55 HP, with 480 hours of use. Sail Drive transmission. SOLIMAR mechanical steering with fixed propeller.
Annual engine service, last performed in July 2024.
Complete overhaul in 2018, including replacement of injectors, heat exchanger, seals, etc. Sail drive seals were replaced in 2018, along with the replacement of the steering shaft and bushings for the SOLIMAR system.
Cruising speed: 6.5 knots at 2,200 RPM | Maximum speed: 8.5 knots at 3,300 RPM.

Sails

Sloop rig with 3 spreaders and a mast stepped on the keel.

• Full-batten mainsail Dacron (2014) with cars and FREDERIKSEN bearings.
• Roller furling genoa Dacron (2014). FACNOR deck-mounted furling system.

Layout:
4-cabin, 2-bathroom version. Large owner’s cabin forward with dressing table and en-suite bathroom with a large wardrobe. Pullman cabin with two wide berths in the forward starboard. Two symmetrical aft cabins with wardrobes, shelves, and numerous ventilation ports. Separate aft bathroom. Linear galley on port side, chart table on starboard, central seating area in the salon, and a convertible dining table for a double berth.

Observations

Odin has always been a family yacht, and in September-October 2022, it was equipped for an Atlantic crossing with the installation of a second autopilot, new solar panels, a new battery, a refurbished mainsail, a new AIS, new anti-spray hood, and a new bimini. Additionally, new bilge pumps were installed, and all through-hull fittings were inspected or replaced. The engine was completely rebuilt.
