This is a beautifully designed modern barge that offers great living space as well as being in a prime spot at Woodbridge. Built in 2008 and commissioned in 2012 she has never had an engine and has been used solely as a live aboard.



This would be an ideal live aboard for couples or single child families looking to get in to the world of boats. With plenty of space on board and incredible views of the river Deben this is a great opportunity to get in touch with nature!



She appears to be in generally good condition throughout with everything on board that would be needed as well as nice facilities on land for showering and laundry.
