The Santa Maria 1 is a meticulously crafted replica of Columbus's flagship "Santa María," commissioned by a private investor following an extensive two-year historical and technical research project. This 2019-built vessel stands among the world's rare few Santa María reproductions, distinguished by its authentic sailing capabilities—unlike most static display replicas.
