Rolex Submariner (No Date) James Bond No Crown Guard

This particular 5508 has an original Rolex factory service tritium dial, with warm tritium lume aging, and overall vintage character, making it one of the purest and most charismatic early Submariners.

Case: 37mm screw back case marked lll.58 (third quarter of 1958). Case is still clean & unpolished with strong bevels and beefy lugs.

Dial: 100% original factory service dial with tritium markers and matching hands and reacts appropriately with UV lighting (non-glow). Dial has never been touched up and is 100% original.

Bezel: Original non-period correct aluminum "MK3" insert has lightly faded to a beautiful blue hue. The bezel ring is original as well.

Bracelet: non-Rolex leather strap.

Movement: caliber 1530 movement has been well taken care of and was last serviced a in May 2024.
