Lady Jo is a nearly new 50ft semi-cruiser stern Narrowboat, built in 2024 by Dragon Boats London Ltd. Featuring a distinctive slightly raised stern deck, the design provides excellent visibility when at the helm while also enhancing the boat’s contemporary appearance and practicality. Configured in the ever-popular reverse layout, this spacious vessel offers comfortable accommodation ideally suited to weekends afloat, extended cruising, or liveaboard living. Entering from the stern leads directly into a well-appointed galley fitted with attractive granite work surfaces, creating a stylish and practical cooking space. Forward of the galley, the saloon benefits from an open-plan layout with ample room for freestanding furniture, creating a bright and versatile living area. A walkthrough bathroom fitted with a cassette toilet follows, while the master cabin is positioned forward and can be arranged to form a generous 4ft 6in wide double berth. Propulsion is provided by a Beta Marine 43hp four-cylinder diesel engine and showing just X engine hours. A bow thruster is also fitted, aiding manoeuvrability. Cabin heating is delivered via a Webasto diesel-fired central heating system supplying radiators throughout the boat, complemented by a multifuel stove in the saloon. Galley

Entering the boat via the central stern doors leads directly into the walkthrough galley, where the electrical systems are neatly housed within aft storage cupboards. The galley is fitted with attractive granite work surfaces and equipped with a surface-mounted two-burner gas hob with a gas grill and oven below, a kitchen sink, and a 12V fridge with ice box. A built-in wine rack, together with ample cupboards and drawers, provides excellent storage for cooking essentials and provisions.

Saloon

The open-planned saloon offers versatile space for freestanding furniture such as armchairs or a sofa, allowing the new owner to tailor the living area to suit their lifestyle.
