2020 Beneteau Oceanis 30.1 equipped for coastal use and based on Windermere for the past 2 years. Engaging sailing performance through the efficient hull, shallow draft keel (1.30m), twin rudders, twin wheels and well balanced rig. Accommodation for 6 with double cabins fore and aft and 2 additional saloon berths. The full cockpit canopy provides a great additional space and cabin heating extends comfortable use into the colder months.

Construction:

GRP construction with shallow draft keel (1.30m), twin rudder and twin wheels. Light Oak finish to interior woodwork.

Mechanicals:

Powered by a Yanmar 3YM20 21hp inboard diesel (138 hours use) with shaft driven folding 3 bladed propeller. Serviced in 2025. A bank of 3 x 12V batteries provide engine start and service power, these charging via the engine and a shore power battery charger.

Rigging and Sails:

Deck stepped alloy mast and spars with stainless wire standing rigging. Square topped slab reefing mainsail with Lazy Jack bag and roller furling Genoa. Both sails are by Elvstrom and said to be in "as new condition".

Accommodation:

Accommodation for 4 to 6 with double cabins fore and aft and two single saloon berths. Central dining table with folding leaves, galley to port with sink, pressurised hot and cold water, gas oven with hob, fridge, fold down chart table to starboard with electronics panel and VHF. Heads with shower and holding tank to starboard. Diesel cabin heating and full cockpit enclosure help with year round use.
