The 330 GT 2+2 was first presented to the public on 11.01.1964 during the "Open House Day" at the Ferrari factory. The design originated from Pininfarina, who also manufactured the bodywork. The Ferrari 330 is considered by connoisseurs as the successor to the Ferrari 250. All 330 models use an evolved 4.0-liter V12 engine. The 330 GT 2+2 from the 1st series was produced only 628 times. A very elegant 4-seater sports coupé with extravagant design, favored by various artists of its time, such as John Lennon.
