New to the market! Highly specified 2013 Sunseeker San Remo 485
Overview
The Sunseeker San Remo 485 is a striking hardtop sports cruiser, introduced as the successor to the ever-popular Portofino 48. Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS engines with joystick control and Dynamic Positioning System (DPS).
This particular example, La Vida, stands out for her exceptional condition throughout for her age. She presents beautifully across both interior and exterior spaces and is a clear credit to her current ownership and professional management.
Highly specified and continually upgraded, she benefits from a long list of recent improvements including upgraded navigation systems, Humphree interceptor stabilisers, thermal imaging, Starlink connectivity, and a fully refreshed interior. With sensible engine hours and significant recent servicing, she represents a turn-key opportunity for the 2026 season.
Currently berthed in Port Calanova, the option is available for a new owner to take over the existing berth.
Exterior
On La Vida, the cockpit forms the heart of the yacht, a sociable and well-designed space ideal for entertaining. Generous seating surrounds a large dining table, complemented by a fully equipped wet bar featuring sink, grill, ice maker, refrigeration, and a premium stainless steel Ninja barbecue setup.
Teak decking to the cockpit and bathing platform enhances the premium feel, while subtle exterior lighting creates an inviting evening atmosphere.
A large aft sunpad sits above the tender garage, which houses a Williams 325 (100 hours), while the hydraulic bathing platform also accommodates a jet ski. Additional features include stern mooring winches, stainless steel side deck railings, and a hydraulic telescopic passerelle.
The electrically opening sunroof allows the space to transform instantly from shaded to open-air cruising.
Interior
The condition inside is excellent, with new carpets fitted throughout and fully renewed interior cushions, giving the space a fresh, modern feel.
The saloon features hardwood flooring and a versatile dining table that expands to double its size. Accommodation is arranged across two cabins, including a forward vip with scissor berth conversion and a spacious aft master cabin.
Both cabins are equipped with televisions, while the saloon benefits from an upgraded entertainment setup including Sonos audio and Bose speakers, further enhanced by a multi-amplifier sound system.
The galley is fully equipped with a hob, a combination microwave, and additional refrigeration, making her well-suited for extended stays onboard.
Performance & Tech
Twin Volvo Penta IPS 600 engines (approx. 754 hours as of March 2026) deliver smooth, efficient performance, with comfortable cruising at around 22 knots. Joystick control and Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) ensure effortless manoeuvring and precise docking.
The yacht benefits from a significantly upgraded navigation suite, featuring dual oversized Raymarine multifunction displays, Raymarine autopilot, and a brand new sonar system, supported by AIS and radar for excellent all-round awareness.
Additional features include a thermal imaging camera and Starlink connectivity, offering enhanced safety and onboard connectivity. Ride comfort is further improved by the installation of Humphree interceptor stabilisers.
La Vida has been professionally maintained under a full guardiennage programme and shows a strong history of care and ongoing investment.
The vessel is scheduled for winterisation in April, including propeller servicing and rope cutter maintenance, and will be delivered fully prepared for the 2026 season.
