LLC OWNED "PEACEFUL SPIRIT" Challenger 88 FT Motor Yacht, built in Italy by Versilcraft and delivered in 1991. Designed by Antonio Maggini, who has designed 38 yachts and the interiors of 37 yachts. Her top speed is 28.0 kt and she boasts a maximum range of 500 miles at cruising speed. She is powered by two Detroit Diesel diesel (16V92TA) 1450 hp engines. The aft deck is fully enclosed with wind skirts and safety glass. The decks are all teak, featuring a teak table and chairs. There are clear safety glass wing doors on either side of the cabin. Access to the Galley (2) from port and pilothouse on the starboard side is available along the side decks going forward.
Access the Main Salon through a large sliding door from the aft deck. The Salon features a bar to port, servicing both the aft deck and salon guests, along with a large LG 62 TV on the bar with a sound system. Just past the bar, there is a stairwell leading to (2) staterooms below decks. The salon includes a long couch to starboard and a large open area leading to the L-shaped Corian countertop with 3 chairs facing the Galley. The Galley is equipped with a 3 door LG refrigerator with a lower freezer, microwave, 3 burner electric stove with oven, stainless steel sink, LG dishwasher, and wine cooler (fridge).
Forward of the galley is a day head for guests and a stairwell leading to the bridge. There is also another galley for special occasions, featuring a small settee, stainless steel sink, ample storage, and a washer/dryer for linens.
Just past the bar in the Main Salon is the stairwell to access below decks to two staterooms. To starboard is the VIP stateroom with a queen bed, shower, marine head, and bidet. To port are two single beds with head and shower.
Forward is the Pilot House, with another stairwell leading down to the lower deck where the Master Stateroom is located, stretching the full width of the vessel. It features a king centerline bed, classic pearlescent white counters on both sides, a loveseat for two on the starboard side, and a vanity counter with stool on the port side. A TV and stereo system are also included. The Master bath stretches the full width of the hull, with a shower on the right, a jacuzzi tub, his and hers full counter/sinks, a marine head, and bidet.
Across from the Master Stateroom is another VIP stateroom for two with a queen bed, separate shower, and head, along with a hanging locker and TV.
There are 6 electric heads with holding tanks and 2 bidets. The bathrooms feature 5 marble granite tops and porcelain wash basins.
Forward is the Crew quarters, which includes an office and three single bunks with head and shower, along with an AM/FM stereo and TV.
Access the engine room via the stairwell down from the salon past the bar. The engine room contains two Detroit Diesel engines, two generators, five air conditioning compressors, water purification systems, frequency controller, oil separator, and stabilizers. There is also a second electrical panel.
The Pilot House is equipped with a variety of electronic units:
Twin Detroit Engine Electronic Controls, Electronic Gear Shifters, V7EL9 Furuno Radar 14' Screen with repeaters, Furuno AD Converter 100, Furuno GP-500, Desktop Computer with 20" Viewsonic Screen (with Navigational Software), VA7126 energy monitor, Ritchie, B & G Network Quad, Royal Video Depth Finder, Simrad Robertson Autopilot, Northstar 952X (GPS/Plotter), (2) ICOM VHF Marine IC-M504, and Bridge intercoms.

The Pilot House ships electrical panel monitoring system behind the helm seat monitors all electrical systems, with a second panel just before the engine room. Main Disconnect Switch is vapor resistant, with controls for lights, Skanti Control 8000 Radio System, Generators 1 & 2 monitors, Shore Power Monitoring, Batteries, Alternator systems monitors, 220V 2 panels, and 12V 2 panel controls.
The Bridge is accessed from the midship stairwell to the Upper Deck. It features a full deck walk-around with a large U-shaped settee aft of the helm leading to the upper open sun deck. There are 4 folding chairs and a davit with chock block to set a dinghy on.
The Helm Station includes duplicated Detroit Diesel Electronic Displays, Detroit D-control Throttles (with emergency override control to manual), one set of stainless throttles to port, Furuno Radar, Ocean PC control, 2 Sumlog (Read rudder angle), Simrad Autopilot, B & G Quad Knot Meter & Depth, search lights, horns, Ritchie Compass, 2 Trim Indicator Gauges, Naiad Stabilizer Controller, and a monitor for the camera aft deck and engine room.
There are 6 speakers aft of the helm, 3 ice chests, one stainless steel sink, cabinet, and a portable BBQ on the sink.
The starboard wing deck has a second set of throttle controls for better visibility when required. The hardtop has arch support for the Radar Dome, KIVIH Dome, GPS/VHF antenna.
All batteries are in self-contained boxes. There are two (2) 4D batteries on the Bridge, eight (8) 8D batteries (4 in Lazarette, 4 in Engine) with 3 medium amp batteries. One Mastervolt 24/100, AC outlets, and one 200 Amp shore power receptacle. A frequency controller in the engine room monitors and controls frequency HZ.
Generators include (2) 40KW and a 35KW, with 24VDC & 220V-AC.
