Boat Overview

Passion Place is a nicely maintained Beneteau 49 featuring a shoal draft, waterway-friendly spar, and an extremely livable layout.

She is comfortable at the dock or while cruising, boasting a very spacious interior that is well laid out.

The galley is a great place to work, allowing the cook to be part of the party while providing a safe workspace while underway. The cockpit is easily accessible for handing up sandwiches or cocktails when tied up. The newly refinished cockpit table is lovely, and she has a full enclosure for inclement weather.

This boat is pretty, just the right size, easy to handle and dock with a bow thruster, and comfortable with reverse cycle heat and air, plus a generator to keep you climatized at anchor.

Accommodations

Entering from the large, comfortable cockpit, the galley is immediately to port, and to starboard of the companionway is the day/guest head with a manual marine toilet and separate stall shower. Immediately aft of the head, with its own entry door to the head, is the aft stateroom. The guest stateroom features an athwartships bunk, vanity, hanging lockers, and ample storage.

The main salon is light and bright, thanks to overhead hatches and windows. The dining area is to port and has a folding table that was recently refinished and is absolutely beautiful. Two stools provide extra seating or a great place to prop up your feet.

Opposite the dining area to port is a settee and the forward-facing nav station.

The owner's cabin is forward and features a walk-around queen bed, with wonderful storage. The forward head is aft of the forward stateroom and to port, equipped with a vanity, electric marine head, and separate stall shower.

Galley

Located on the port side in the main cabin, the galley serves as a well-designed and safe place for the cook to work.
