Structure and Shape of Hull
The structural design of the keel has been RINA approved, ensuring quality. The hull, deck, trays, and structures are made of high-performance sandwich panel with PVC core for maximum rigidity and impact resistance. An infusion lamination system reduces weight while improving construction quality. Vinylester resin is used for the first layers of the hull, preventing osmosis. Azimut provides a 5-year warranty against osmosis. The deck and deckhouse are in carbon glass and vinylester resin for rigidity and reduced weight. The structural bulkheads are in sandwich panel with PVC core.
