Broom 50 West 1

West one is stunning Broom 50 , first commissioned 2007 ,two owners from new. She was built with subtle modification's from new enhancing the whole boat. The engines have been well maintained by her owner and have a very low running hours of about 298. The cabins have been finished in high gloss cherry with detailing. The large cockpit has a central helm position with stainless steel wheel. Full instrumentation and navigational equipment. This aft deck version has 4 seats at the helm and a large seating area to the rear of the cockpit making it a lovely relaxing and entertaining area.

Steps lead down into the main saloon which has a large sweeping seating to the port side and to the starboard of the saloon is raised dining area again with a large sweeping seating and two barrel chairs for extra guests. The window areas have Oceanair screens throughout.

Down another couple of steps is the galley area to the port side which includes a 4 ring ceramic hob with galley extractor fan above, full sized fridge and secondary fridge and freezer. The work surfaces are finished in a cream Avonite with twin stainless steel sinks and mixer taps sunken into the Avonite.

The combination microwave oven and grill is set into the cupboard units which offer plenty of storage for kitchen equipment and provisions. The floor to the galley is teak and holly.

Opposite the galley is the third cabin which has a double berth with built in desk storage.

Forward of the boat is a double berth with en-suite heads.

To the stern of the boat is the large and well furnished owners cabin with full sized island bed, plenty of storage and owners en-suite facilities.
