Boat Overview

A very tidy freshwater boat that was little used in the great lakes by the first owner then sailed down to Antigua in 2022 by the second owner.

Cabins and Head

With two double cabins and a single electric head with shower.

Keel and Draft

Shoal draft keel 5' draft for all the shallow anchorages and exploring the Bahamas.

Swim Platform

The retractable swim platform is usually only found on much larger yachts.

Sails and Engine

Good Doyle sails with in-mast furling for ease of sail handling and with the optional Mariner package, featuring an upgraded 40hp engine still with very low hours, electric windlass, folding steering wheel, air-conditioning for use on shore-power and a cabin heater.

Navigation Equipment

Raymarine i95 chartplotter and i70 instruments.

Dinghy and Outboard

Sold with a nice Walker Bay dinghy and a Honda 5hp outboard.
