An impressive yacht! The outdoor living space has been well thought out. A very spacious and luxurious cockpit with upgraded cushions with seatbacks. A long, centerline drop-leaf table allows comfortable dining for 6. The table has an integrated rail that forms a handhold all around.
Unlike many yachts the dual steering stations are not all the way aft. The helm stations on the Beneteau Oceanis 60 are approx. six feet from the transom providing/allowing a space for a sunpad big enough for 2 people behind each helm. A wonderful sunbathing area out of the way of sail handling and with a great view. Outboard lockers form a backrest for each of sunpads. One is a propane locker to port and the other is a liferaft stowage to starboard. A clever use of this space!
The transom when lowered becomes a large swim platform and provides access to a dinghy garage.
Side decks are wide and easy to move around. Hatches are flush. Lines running aft from the mast are under cover. Oversized cleats; fore and aft with 2 amidships on either side – handy when tying up.
Spacious foredeck. Hatch gives access to optional crew quarters. From there you gain access to the sail locker and chain locker.
Design in accordance with European Directive requirements and according to CE certification
