At 35'5" long and 13'11" wide, it offers an open, bright interior that can be configured for seasonal living, weekend escapes, or marina rental concepts, all while maintaining true houseboat mobility with twin outboards.

Inside, the layout can be designed with 1–2 bedrooms, 1–2 bathrooms, and a comfortable living area and kitchen arranged to maximize natural light. An optional rooftop terrace adds a full outdoor living space for dining, relaxing, or entertaining. Owners can tailor finishes across cabinetry, flooring, lighting, heating/cooling, and appliance selections to create a boat that reflects their style and needs.

Construction and Durability

Built on oversized, foam-filled HDPE pontoons with a galvanized steel catamaran frame, the Modern 11 offers long-term durability and smooth performance. It’s compact enough for easy slip placement yet spacious enough for a surprisingly residential feel.
