Living Space

Beautiful maintenance free houseboat with three double bedrooms. Excellent insulation allows for year-round use. The houseboat features:

• Two living levels in the superstructure


• 3 rooms, each with a bathroom (not micro bathrooms; lower bathrooms have shower cubicles of 80cm x 100cm, master bathroom 80cm x 120cm)

Comfort and Maneuverability

She is specially built for comfortable use in cold winters and hot summers. The engine is supported by 2 Swedish bow thrusters from Slipner, designed for 40-ton boats, facilitating easy maneuvering in harbors. The boat is equipped with:

• Raymarine navigation system with echo sounder, charts, and a stern camera


• Generator for power independence


• Large terraces for patio furniture, barbecue, bicycles, and water toys

Construction Details

The construction of the Nomadream Cat-Houses is based on catamaran design, featuring:

• Composite hulls made of fiberglass reinforced composite foam


• Multilayer wall and roof sections with thickness from 80 mm to 120 mm

Glazing and Insulation

Main glazing consists of terrace windows with two panes in an aluminum frame, enhancing temperature control. For tropical zones, higher-class glass limits temperature and UV flow. Aluminum frames are powder-coated.
