CNB 95 'Lady 8' is newly available on the market after undergoing a comprehensive refit. Designed by renowned naval architect Philippe Briand, Lady 8 boasts impressive performance credentials and offers spacious accommodations with four guest cabins. During the refit, every system was meticulously checked, renewed, or overhauled, resulting in a spectacular finish. Bureau Veritas 5-year class surveys were completed in June 2023.

Cabins:

Master cabin – forward very large double cabin with walkaround kingsize bed. Wardrobes and storage aplenty. Large adjoining bathroom with twin his & hers sinks, separate shower room, and toilet.

Twin cabin – starboard side and aft of the Master cabin forward is the twin guest cabin. 2 x single beds with drawers under and wardrobe outboard. Ensuite bathroom with shower.

VIP cabin – port side large cabin with walkaround double bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin.

Double cabin – aft of the saloon but forward of the galley and crew quarters. Spacious cabin with double bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.

Saloon:
Lady 8 features a raised deck saloon with virtually a 360-degree view across the decks and out to sea. This is a particularly nice feature compared to a more typical below decks saloon with no visibility of surroundings. The saloon includes a large U-shaped sofa and seating around an excellent dining table to port (accommodating 8+ guests). To starboard is an additional sofa and lounging area next to the large television and bar area. Walking forward from the saloon leads to the guest area and the guest 3 cabins.

Crew:
Access the 4th double guest cabin by taking the steps aft of the saloon. This also provides access to the yacht's engine room (located under the saloon). Aft from here leads to the dedicated and spacious crew accommodation, which sleeps 4 crew in two crew cabins. This area includes a good-sized galley to starboard, a crew dining area seating 3-4, and the yacht's navigation station/desk as a central part of the space. The crew cabins consist of 1 x large double cabin and a twin bunk cabin opposite. The crew share a bathroom with shower.
Access onto deck is via a crew companionway stairwell and hatch, avoiding disturbance to the guests.

From the crew bunk cabin, there is a watertight bulkhead door leading aft into the spacious full beam lazarette (providing access to laundry and ample storage).

WINTER 2022 – 23 REFIT (Palma, Mallorca)
In December 2022, the current owner of Lady 8 decided to undertake a 15-year refit. The 7-month refit of Winter 2022/23 was completed in June 2023, resulting in a yacht that is a credit to the diligent captain and refit team. The owner’s open book approach ensured that no stone was left unturned during the refit. Consequently, the CNB95 Lady 8 presents and operates even better than when first launched in 2008 by CNB, Bordeaux.
All systems were evaluated, and necessary overhauls or replacements were made. The engine room was reworked, fully repainted, re-insulated, and many systems renewed.
