Dark bricks over a light plinth form a facade on Emser Straße that takes up the classic Berlin brick tradition.
Across seven floors, 42 skillfully cut units are distributed, finished to the highest standards and with exceptional construction quality. The stylish homes include first-class single apartments, representative apartments, spacious penthouses, and even a house in the form of the remise in the courtyard garden. Living areas range from about 50 to 1000 square meters; in ten of the apartments, the elevator goes directly to the door.
At Ludwigkirchplatz, a piazza with a southern flair, the ALEXANDER is being built, one of our most exciting buildings in the capital. In the side streets, there are no chain stores; most of the restaurants, cafes, shops, and Galleries small, fine, and owner-managed –
they offer the special, the stylish, and the select. The charming
corner has been considered a highly sought-after residential address for generations. From
this idyll, Kurfürstendamm, famous and with cosmopolitan
flair, is only five minutes away on foot. World-renowned brands for
fashion and jewelry have their elegant
flagship stores along the promenade, along with exclusive boutiques, specialty shops, as well as
cinemas and theaters. Especially in the side streets, there are dozens
of restaurants, from quick coffee breaks to lunch for two to a large
menu in the evening, offering great addresses for every taste.

From studios to family apartments to penthouses – all
residential units feature well-thought-out layouts and are oriented in 2 to 3 directions (east, south, west),
making them wonderfully bright. Additionally, all units impress with spacious balconies,
terraces, or loggias and a beautiful view of the very large
courtyard garden.

Exclusive details such as custom-made interior doors, elegant
switch programs from Berker, as well as hand-drawn stucco profiles characterize
the furnishings. The floors are made of oak parquet, elegant
natural stone, and fine stoneware. The en-suite master bathrooms and guest bathrooms are
high-quality equipped: walk-in rain shower,
double washbasins, and large-format natural stone coverings are found in the
bathrooms. For a comfortable indoor climate, state-of-the-art
living space ventilation systems with heat recovery are installed.

Furthermore, all residential units meet security standards comparable to
RC2 for windows and RC3 for entrance doors;
video surveillance is installed in the building entrance areas and in the Underground garage.
Shutters, awnings, and awning shutters are pre-wired for
alarm system installation.
Deep, beautifully planted front gardens provide discreet screening at
this urban address and are also a sign of an absolutely
unique highlight: Because the ALEXANDER offers a refuge in its large courtyard – an opulent Jardin Botanique with a water feature,
surrounded by native and exotic plants. Palm-like tree ferns and trumpet trees, arrow bamboo, grasses, and fragrant flowers
combine to create a quiet green retreat in the heart of the
metropolis.

The foyers and stairwells echo the explorer inspiration that
began in 1799 with Humboldt's five-year journey through Latin America: fans, display cases full of collectibles, luxurious
wall decorations in velvety warm colors, noble natural stones, and exquisite
US-designed tiles – all come together to form luxurious entrances
with a touch of exoticism. Practical and exquisite at the same time: elegant
mailbox systems with parcel stations.
