Luxury and modern 6-bedroom home in Los Naranjos Golf, Nueva Andalucía,

ambience. It is in a front line golf position with a commanding, yet
private, south west exposure and enjoys the sun all day long. The villa
is built on three levels, each level having access to either terraces
or the garden. All 6 bedrooms are en suite.
Entering in to a spacious living area with dining area and a sitting
area, which opens out onto an amazing terrace boasting a large Jacuzzi,
pool, BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining area and has access to the garden.
One of the double en suite bedrooms with its own terrace is also on this
floor, as well as a guest toilet and the kitchen. The kitchen has
access out to a back terrace with an outdoor dining area and a second
BBQ (gas).
On the top floor you will find the en suite master bedroom with Jacuzzi
and a lounge which enjoys access to the roof terrace, as well as having
private access by an outdoor staircase to the pool and Jacuzzi. There is
also another double en suite bedroom with its own terrace on this
floor.
On the lower level you have a cinema room, another living / dining area,
spa area with Turkish bath, utility room and three more double en suite
bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has the potential to be used as
accommodation for a live-in maid as it has its own kitchenette. The
garden with a separate terrace and lounge area can also be accessed from
this level.
The house has 40 MB internet and is equipped with home automation
controls for lighting, blinds, heating, and piped music to all indoor
and outdoor social areas, as well as a media server with over 1500 DVDs
and Blue Rays, Skybox, Internet TV (Russian, Scandinavian etc.).
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac that has its own security
guard at the entrance during the night. In addition, a full alarm system
with both house and perimeter sensors and cameras is connected to a 24
hour security firm.
There are parking spaces for three cars at the property.
