Boat Description

The price for the boat including transport to one of the major seaports in Northern Europe! (Cost about 30,000-35,000) For example to Rotterdam or Amsterdam.

Construction and Materials

The boat is built on a Waterbus aluminum frame with floats. All walls and roofs are made of high quality composite material with exterior sheeting.

• Walls: 8 cm thick - to minus 20 degrees C specs.


• Roof: 12 cm thickness.


• Load resistance: 280 kg per 1m², apart from areas without support (max 100 kg per 1m²).

Specifications

The ship is built to the highest specifications with triple glazing, which includes 3 sliding doors:

• 1 in front.


• 1 in master bedroom.


• 1 in living room (starboard side).

Heating and Electrical Systems

There are heated floors with individual temperature controls for all rooms on board. An Eberspächer cooler/heater (spec degrees C) with outlets in all rooms (runs on gasoline).

An electric heater is often used all over the boat with a total of 30 contacts for 230V. No gas is used.

Contacts for solar panel use are mounted. Contacts for possible battery "top-up" generator are mounted in the engineering room.

Propulsion and Power

There are 4 jet-trusters mounted, powered by 8 high capacity batteries. There are 2 power connections for land power.

• Diesel tank: 50 liters.


• Gasoline tank: 50 liters.

Sanitary and Water Systems

A macerator is mounted in the toilet that consumes only 1.0 liters of water with each flush. Hot water tank capacity: 80 liters. Washing machine with additional "quick drying" capacity.

• 3 electric water pumps.


• Fresh water tank capacity: 130 liters.


• Grey water tank capacity: 100 liters.


• Laundry tank capacity: 50 liters.

Dimensions

• The "walkaround" is 60 cm wide.


• The deck is all "eco-teak".


• All others (railings etc) are of brushed high-quality aluminum.


• Living area: 49.8 m².


• Total with lower decks and deck "walkaround": 95 m².


• Upper deck: 70.5 m² (seating areas, barbecue etc).


• Sun terrace: 40 m².

VAT Information

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Recent Modifications

Recently (2024), the technical room was moved to the back of the boat. The original technical room has become a guest room.
