Houseboat Description

This unique houseboat is built on three levels, featuring a basement/lower floor, similar to the Aquavillas at Pampa's Marina.

Layout

• Entrance Floor: Space for kitchen, living room/dining area, and WC.


• Rear Sundeck: Exit through a 3 meter wide glass section.


• Lower Floor: Contains 2 bedrooms and a bath/shower. Possibility to set up a laundry room if needed.


• Upper Floor: Includes a bedroom with exit to a terrace/balcony of 19m2. Large windows facing the balcony with a balcony door.

Registration and Permissions

The houseboat is registered as a vessel, therefore it does not require a building permit, only the landowner's permission. (Local deviations may occur.)

Equipment

• Built-in tanks for 1000 liters of fresh water and 1000 liters of gray water.


• Prepared for connection of fresh water via hose from land and for connection of electricity.


• Air heat pump.


• Carrera marble in all bathrooms/WC.


• No engine or similar equipment.


• Transport can possibly be arranged at an additional cost.


• Place at Gryts Varv can possibly be arranged.
