Quicksilver 855 Activ Mythril

Boat Overview

This Quicksilver 855 Activ Weekend is in sparkling condition, having been meticulously maintained by her owners. Mythril is the inboard diesel version, and the name 'weekend' is misleading as this cruiser is comfortable at anchor for extended stays with its recently fitted auto inverter. So many excellent features have been crammed into this boat, which was highly spec'd from new, including the Active Engine Trim for extra economy. Additionally, she has had many extras fitted since. Helm and Deck Features

This is a real 'drivers boat' with amazing 360 visibility from the helm position, whether seated or standing. The slightly asymmetric coach roof gives priority to the starboard deck, which combined with a sliding helm door allows access onto the wide side deck to attend to warps and fenders when coming alongside single-handed. That enclosed starboard side deck provides reassuring safe access forward, making berthing a joy.

Saloon and Cabin Details

The light floods into this boat from the all-round vision in the main saloon with sliding windows and sunroof to the two opening portholes, plus deck hatch and full-width skylight in the master cabin. The master cabin double bed is accessed from either side and also has under-bed drawers to complement the hanging locker, providing ample storage. The master cabin also has a TV and switchable speakers from the sound system.

Mid Berth Configuration

The mid berth can be configured as a double or two singles and also has an opening porthole, shelving, and a locker with standing headroom at the entrance. In addition to these two doubles in separate cabins, there is also the option of converting the sofas in the main saloon to provide an additional double berth.

Heads and Galley

The heads have an electric loo, ample basin, and shower with sliding mirrored storage and opening porthole.

The well-equipped galley has a sink, two burner gas hob, microwave, and fridge. There is drawer storage in the galley unit, plus a previous owner has converted the space under the helm seat to provide an additional set of extremely useful drawers, all in addition to the under-seat storage.

Saloon Seating Arrangements

There is a choice of seating arrangements in the saloon with the option to have both bench seats facing forward or facing each other either side of the table. There is also an infil and pad to make u-shaped seating around the table.

Cockpit and Sunpad Features

For sun lovers, there is ample space in the generous cockpit where the table converts to a sunpad. Additionally, there are sunpads for the foredeck where there is an electric windlass.
