Design and Comfort

The Nordic NS 36 ECO 23 is a cozy houseboat with excellent sailing characteristics, suitable for 2 people (plus 2). It features a luxurious bathroom and beautiful finishes that make it appealing to owners. Currently, there are two demo copies available from 2025. The other demo has a 20 HP engine and does not include a roof deck.

Location and Availability

Nordic Season offers several newly built 2025 demo boats located on a lake in Svencelé, Lithuania. These boats can be rented for personal use or delivered to your berth. There are 7 types of Nordic houseboats available in Svencelé.

Company Background

Nordic Season is a Finnish design company with over 20 years of experience in boat and house construction.

Construction Standards

The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards, featuring sturdy construction to withstand harsh winters. The floats are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for better grip while sailing. The aluminum frame makes the houseboat lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Materials

The houseboats utilize sustainable materials, including Finnish thermowood, which is a long-lasting, non-toxic natural product.

Layout

The NS 36-23 consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. This Houseboat Eco-Wood 36 m2 is recommended for two to four people.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
