The Perla E-Vision Houseboat

The Perla E-Vision houseboat is designed by the Perla Yacht Group, a modern shipyard specializing in the production of luxury aluminum vessels. Craftsmanship and quality are paramount, and it only works with the best people, including excellent and specialized welders.

Perla Yacht Group impressively enters the era of electromobility by using emission-free electric motors in its vessels. Several models of the Perla "Houseboat" are available from the Perla E-Vision line. This size range starts for Perla E-Vision 42 standard with a base price of 247,000 euros without boating package.

The houseboat can be built completely self-sufficient, and the layout can be customized to your needs.

Luxury and Design

Construction and Environmental Features

Characteristic construction includes a strong aluminum structure of the hull and superstructure covered with Pearl yacht varnish. The boat is environmentally friendly. Perla has designed its own Perla Energy Management System; an innovative on-board energy storage and management system that, in combination with a photovoltaic system, ensures self-sufficiency in energy and therefore makes the boat emission-free.

VAT Information

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Basic Version Layout

The basic version consists of a spacious living room with a beautifully finished kitchen, followed by a luxury bathroom and at the back, a master bedroom with views to the outside, lots of closet space, and a workspace. See the photos and layout for a good impression. The bedroom can also be arranged differently, allowing you to walk on either side of the bed. As an option, you can choose a second bedroom or a sauna. You can also have a roof terrace as an option.

The E-Vision 75 (14.99 meters by 5 meters wide) starts at 360,000 euros and already has two bedrooms with workstations as standard.

Construction Details

A little more about the construction of the Perla houseboat:

• Aluminum outer shell with thermal insulation.


• Hull and supporting parts are made of seawater-resistant aluminum alloy (5083).


• The windows and exterior doors are made of highly insulating and separated aluminum profiles with glazing with a high thermal coefficient.

Bedroom Features

The spacious bedroom includes a standard office desk (desktop). The bed and wall coverings are made of Vinyl. The furniture is made of high-quality laminate with a wood structure, giving the whole a very warm look. Features include:

Living: 3-seater sofa finished with high-quality waterproof luxury yacht upholstery.

Fore and Aft Deck: Woven fabric deck upholstery; 4 bollards; safety railings; lighting at aft deck; illuminated starboard and port sidewalls; folding swim ladder; front and aft deck door water drain.

Electrical System

In the standard version, electricity works only through the shore connection. As an option, you can choose from different packages with solar panels and batteries, always working with the proprietary Perla Energy Management System. Perla also works exclusively with well-known brands such as Vitron.

Expansion with the electric cruising package is 69,800 euros: Drive Technology 22 kW package: 2 x 11 kW electric motor, outboard motor, and a system that increases the efficiency of the motor while reducing the demand for electricity; shore charge connection; charger; 20 kW energy storage with safe LiFePo4 batteries; double shifter; steering wheel / joystick.
