The special thing about the Costa del Sol, compared to all other
mainland regions of Europe, is the climate. Over 320 days of sunshine a
year and little rainfall - that speaks for itself. This region is not
only attractive in the summer months, but also ideal for people who want
to escape the gray and wet winter of the northern climates. Even in
winter the temperatures are almost always in the mid to high
double-digit range - often over 20 degrees in the sun at midday - there
are many sunny days and daylight it is generally 1-2 hours longer than
in northern Germany. For this reason, many Europeans from northern
countries have settled here permanently.
Compared to many other urbanizations in Spain, the urbanization
Valtocado is characterized by its beautiful layout and planting as well

all year round, as it is integrated into the house and therefore
covered. In the hot summer it provides shade, but in winter the flatter
sun shines directly in, so that you can enjoy its warmth. From the north
terrace, which offers cool shade in summer, you have a great view of
the mountains. Hardly any other house in Valtocado can offer this
special combination.
The separate kitchen-living room is fully equipped and also offers
access to the north terrace, where you can have breakfast in summer.
The small study and the guest toilet are also located on this level. On
the two levels below you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a
sauna with its own shower, the utility room and the boiler room. The
previous owners used one of the bedrooms as a gym.
