Vaan R5

R5 is the perfect size for extended blue water cruising or a family live-aboard. Of course, like the R4, the R5 is made of truly sustainable and circular materials such as recycled aluminium, FSC certified cork decking, recycled fabrics. And of course it is all-electric too.

GO THE DISTANCE

At 49ft the Vaan R5 really goes the distance. A luxury platform to explore the most distant places and faraway islands. A spacious sailing machine for couples to large families. And like every Vaan it is made of circular materials and almost entirely recyclable. A true testament to the Vaan mission: Sail the Planet.

FINISHES

The Vaan R5 also comes in Vivid Alu finish. Optionally it is possible to paint the hull in Snow White, Lava Black or Stone Grey. Wrapping the alu hull with foil, printed or in solid colors, is of course also possible.

LAYOUTS

The R5 comes in two versions: the open cockpit and the closed cockpit live-aboard version, the R5-LA. The main difference is the sliding door that is placed further aft in the LA version. While this may seem minor, it creates a vast interior saloon space that allows for truly unique layout options which can be tailored to your needs.
