Cromarty 36

Stunningly built 2006 in Sri Lanka and fitted out in the UK 2009. She feels extremely solid under foot and with every locker or door inside. She appears to be very tidy and looks like she has wanted for nothing during her maintenance over the years, teak decks appear to be good, woodwork inside and upholstery, she even has an electric furler for the Head Sail and Main Sail. I really love the aft deck seating area with cockpit table and the little lights in the headlining of the cabins!

She comes with a recent dinghy and electric outboard with battery.

Remote for Autopilot and Bow thruster plus handheld VHF for connection to exterior helm position.

She does not have any gas or petrol onboard so cooker uses spirit and the outboard as stated is electric.

There is the possibility of the use of the private pontoon berth at Port Solent Marina is available at £4200 p.a.
