The basis for building this steel sailing yacht himself was the owner's many years of professional and thus qualified experience as a metal and steel builder (master locksmith) and welding specialist.
With Van de Stadt's construction plans and the delivery of steel parts as a kit, the self-construction was carried out in a hall.
During construction or removal, the owner paid particular attention to the arrangement of the inspection openings and to the fact that all built-in parts were as easily accessible as possible, also with a view to later repairs.

When building boats, emphasis was placed on being as independent as possible on the road.
The boat's power supply is equipped with 24 volts via batteries and with 220 V (generator 6 Kw).

The yacht is still in the first owner

Warm Water System (40l, Vetus, electric or via engine), Watermaker (pre-installed, about 80% complete), Inverter (sinus, series AJ,230V/50Hz from 12-24V battery onboard network), 2 12V outlets, 9 220V outlets, 2 heaters (Webasto Airtop 5000, BB and stb side).

Security equipment:
Barometer (and hygrometer Wempe).

Entertainment:
Satellite TV antenna.

Kitchen and appliances:
Galley (double sink), burner (electric, 3-burner), oven (Force 10), refrigerator (Isotherm cooling box 55l, 24V).

Upholstery:
Cockpit cushions.

Isolation transformer / galvanic isolation of 230V onboard electrical system from the shore grid
Stern equipment bracket with built-in lighting above the bathing platform to accommodate antennas and bracket for the dinghy, as well as mount for the sun canopy
The exterior windows in the ship's hull have storm guards
Kärcher pressure blasting machine 220V for cleaning the yacht's outer surfaces without water pump (approx. 3 bar) for open water extraction
