Beautiful Linssen Grand Sturdy 500 AC Variotop from 2011 with various options for a longterm stay on board. Now in our sales marina in Roermond.

The 2011 Linssen Grand Sturdy 500 AC Variotop is a luxurious motor yacht, powered by two powerful Vetus Deutz engines of 170 hp each. This boat offers a spacious and comfortable salon with a U-shaped seating area and a kitchen equipped with all-day modern appliances, complete with a Siemens induction hob, combination oven/microwave and a dishwasher.



The owner's cabin in the stern features a spacious, freestanding French double bed. Forward are two guest cabins: the first with a French double bed, the second with a bunk bed. There are a total of six permanent berths, plus an additional two via the convertible dinette.



The interior is finished in solid cherry wood and beige leather upholstery. The boat also has two bathrooms, each with a shower, a Tecma electric toilet, and glass shower enclosures. The kitchen has a large Waeco refrigerator, additional Vitrifrigo refrigerator, and a built-in cooler under the dinette.



There is plenty of comfort aboard, with Clion Marine air conditioning, an Eberspächer Hydronic heating system and several luxury features, such as magnetically attachable lounging cushions on the foredeck and a hydraulic bow and stern thruster for easy maneuvering. The recently updated 2024 Variotop bimini and upholstery complete the picture.

Berths: The owner's cabin features a spacious, freestanding French double bed. The first guest cabin also has a spacious, French double bed, while the second guest cabin features a bunk bed with two single beds. In addition, two additional berths can be created by converting the dinette.
Television: There is a TV on an electric elevator in the salon, and there is also a TV in the owner's cabin.
Cooker & fuel: In the kitchen there is a Siemens induction cooktop.
