2022 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 45 – INCOMMUNICADO
Builder's Remarks: The Leopard 45 has been awarded 2017 Boat of the Year by Cruising World Magazine. This marks the 7th Cruising World Boat of the Year win by Leopard. This year’s award was in the newly created Best Charter Catamaran category, showcasing the expertise of South African Builders, Robertson and Caine, in creating a boat perfectly suited for the charter industry.
The judging was conducted by a team of three independent industry experts, who performed thorough dockside inspections and sea trials. The Leopard 45 excelled in all areas of evaluation, particularly in performance and innovation. The judges were particularly impressed by the spacious forward cockpit, which connects to the saloon through a translucent door. The main saloon features a forward-facing galley and dinette, and visibility throughout the Leopard 45 is noted as excellent.
Broker's Remarks: INCOMMUNICADO is one of the newest bareboat Leopard 45s in our fleet—a late-model 2022 build with premium factory upgrades. This Lounge Edition features a popular flybridge lounge, providing unmatched space for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying panoramic views. Equipped with a watermaker, a robust inverter system, and a bright, modern interior, she’s turnkey for private cruising or continued charter income. Her systems, finishes, and overall condition reflect low use and attentive care. Priced aggressively at $519K, INCOMMUNICADO offers outstanding value for a nearly new 2022 Leopard 45, especially with the lounge configuration and this level of equipment. If you’re looking for a late-model, low-hour, feature-rich Leopard 45, this yacht delivers exceptional performance and incredible value. Boats of this caliber do not stay on the market long.
Availability: This yacht is currently in the fleet operating between St. Lucia and Grenada until 31st July 2026. Upon release from the fleet, the yacht will return to St. Lucia for phase out and closing.
