Built in 2016, this Innovazione e Progetti IPY 49 is a fine example of Italian craftsmanship and design excellence. Her proven Volvo Penta D6-435 IPS 600 engines have logged only around 210/211 hours and deliver an ideal balance between performance and economy. With a top speed just under 30 knots and smooth joystick control, the IPY 49 handles effortlessly in all conditions. Fuel efficiency is impressive too – consuming only around 166 litres per hour at full speed. Close-quarters manoeuvring is aided further by a Vetus bow thruster, ensuring confidence in any marina.

The Innovazione e Progetti IPY 49 is built around comfort and quiet efficiency. Noise levels are exceptionally low thanks to excellent insulation, and the boat maintains a stable, level attitude at planing speeds. The result is a smooth and reassuring ride, even for less-experienced helmsmen.

Inside, the interior design by Barbara Salvatori combines Italian elegance with practicality. A bright, open saloon features a U-shaped dinette, linear galley, and nearly two metres of headroom throughout. The layout includes a forward owner’s suite with a double berth, plus two guest cabins with twin beds amidships – each benefitting from generous space and storage. Two well-appointed bathrooms, both with separate shower cubicles, complete the accommodation.

On deck, teak-laid side decks and cockpit create a warm, luxurious atmosphere. The cockpit is designed for versatility, with a large aft sunpad that converts to a dining area, and direct access to the hydraulic bathing platform – ideal for launching a tender or jet ski. A spacious sunbathing area forward completes the exterior layout, making her perfect for Mediterranean cruising.
