Das Gehäuse misst 36 mm im Durchmesser und hat eine Höhe von 10,4 mm.

Im Inneren befindet sich das Automatikkaliber IWC 884, welches auf das Basiskaliber 889/2 aus dem Hause Jaeger-LeCoultre zurückgreift. Die Mark XII Referenz 3241 war in Edelstahl und Gelbgold mit schwarzem Zifferblatt und in Platin mit blauem Zifferblatt und in limitierter Auflage von nur 500 Exemplaren erhältlich
