One of the Mercedes dream cars of the 1950s!
With only 2,178 units built mostly by hand, this vehicle type is as exclusive as the 300SL Roadster, which was produced 1,858 times. The difference today is that only about 1/3 of the ponton cabrio remains, while almost all of the (now almost priceless) 300SL still exist…

Thus, the ponton cabrio is not only stunningly beautiful but also one of the most exclusive Mercedes convertibles of the post-war era and a real investment!

This example was completely restored in Germany with great effort – unfortunately, the owner died unexpectedly shortly after completion… The mileage since then is only 213 km, and the price for this stunning convertible is particularly affordable due to these circumstances!
