Havenlodge Castalia Houseboat Portofino

This 2022 Havenlodge Castalia has been for sale since April 2024 on a beautiful berth overlooking Grevelingen Lake. The Castalia is the larger version of the Havenlodge Melite. More pictures and more information about the boat will follow soon.
The boat is built according to the building code houses.

The berth is paid until March 2026 and can be taken over. Indicative cost 4500 per year including VAT.

The Havenlodge is CE-D approved as a vessel. Durably built on fully maintenance free plastic PE floats and a frame with bumper and seaworthy resistant coating. Strong composite deck components on the front and rear deck (and side edge). Fully insulated bottom, floor and walls. Insulated low-maintenance walls are covered with plastic cladding.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
