Carbon Neutral Solar Hybrid Megayacht Tender which combines the environmental benefits of solar electric

sustainability with the No sea sickness comfort of an antiroll

SWATH vessel.

As the Megayacht SWATH Tender derives its floatation from submerged pontoons, it requires a slightly deeper

draft to enjoy the advantage of not being moved about by wave activity on the surface. At the same time to enjoy

the comfort of a full standing cabin, the height of the tender is slightly greater. Clearly the breadth and scope of

the modern Megayacht can easily accommodate these minor variations, especially since the Tenders flat bottom

twin hulls make it free standing either on deck or in a compartment and because it can be hoisted from a single

point.

Powered by twin 300hp Regen Electric outboards the Tenders maximum speed is 45 knots. Even so this stateoftheart

HiPerformance

Tender is far greener, more ergonomic, virtually silent and unlike power from internal

combustion engines is extremely efficient throughout its entire speed range. At 8 knots the 50kwh Li Po

Batteries give the Tender a zero carbon range of up to 40 nautical miles. The 20kw a day solar panels produce

up to 7Mws annually, which at 16 knots is enough energy to travel more than 1,000 carbon neutral nautical miles.

In typical ship to shore commuting the Tenders Solbian solar array generates all the energy needed. If more

power is required, a choice of diesel Gensets up to 85kws extends the tenders range and boosts the hotel

services while recharging the batteries in under an hour.

Other innovative features are the unparallel luxury of its 2 meter standing height and convenience of its fully

equipped galley and bar which expands the utilization of the Tender to Day Trip expeditions which allows for

beaching in remote areas due to the SWATH twin hull design. A ladder drops to the water from the stern deck

where scuba diving gear is stored along with water skis that take advantage of the Tenders extremely high

speed potential.

The 12 passenger Limo Tender comes with air conditioning that provides both cooling and heating. A surround

sound entertainment system with two flat screen T.V’s which can display exterior security cameras and

navigational data. For greater enjoyment, electric side opening gull wing windows offer shaded luxury in a airy interior ambiance.
