All interior woodwork in teak. Flat locker doors with ventilation above as far as possible. Floor is varnished teak with inlaid teak strips. Saloon ceiling has panelling with mahogany strips and ceilings in remainder of boat have light lining. Cushions on all berths rest on unvarnished, well-ventilated boards to avoid condensation. Hand holds throughout. All upholstery in superior quality Deluxe Grey. The boat is carpeted throughout in blue, (Carpets New in 2018) except directly in front of the galley, press studs avoid movement. All portholes are fitted with Stone curtains (Curtains new in 2019). On the port side is an L-shaped sofa with curved corner that has backrests with hinges so that the space behind can be utilised as storage. On starboard side two comfortable armchairs. CHART TABLE & WALKTHROUGH:
Chart table seat with spacious chart table. Shelf and space above for mounted instruments. Electric panel to the left of the navigator. 5 drawers and stowage slots. Rubber sealed 2-door access to the engine room off the walkthrough. Additional top loading Fridge/Freezer with thermostat. Good headroom in the walkthrough with headroom in the cockpit coaming. On portside there is a wet locker and various cupboards.
AFT CABIN:
Aft cabin has a hanging locker on portside and two comfortable berths. Stowage room below and above. Mirror. Seat between the berths. Mattress toppers for berths. Black-out curtains.

BOWTHRUSTER:
Sleipner 8HP bow thruster with foot switches at steering position.
DIESEL:
395 litres in stainless steel tank, below the floor in saloon with fuel gauge. The tank is filled through deck inlet. The cruising range in calm waters is approximately 710 nautical miles.
WATER:
Water capacity is 650 litres in two tanks, the main tank under the floor holding 420 litres and the reserve tank under the settee 230 litres. There is a water gauge for the main tank. 40 litres hot water calorifier (heated by 230v and the engine's cooling water). There is a reserve foot pump in galley. Filling of water tanks is through deck inlet. There are three bilge pumps; one manual, one electric and one high capacity electric emergency submersible bilge pump. Fresh water shower at the bathing platform. Sea water deck wash pump by mast. Watermaker MT 3200 and put in long-term storage as per manufactures instructions.
ELECTRICITY:
Two separate 12v battery banks, for engine start and one for domestic use on board.

Alcove in starboard side of the cockpit coaming. Downlight for cockpit in boom. Fixed windscreen with opening centre section and sprayhood over front part of cockpit. Sprayhood extension which covers entire cockpit. Bimini with stainless frames, sides and back for blovking low sun, closable window. On both sides of sliding hatch there are useful teak covered work surfaces, ideal as chart tables, etc. Sailing instruments above sliding hatch. Sea & Symphony stereo speakers. Chart tables and washboards in varnished teak.
HULL & DECKS:
The teak decks have been well preserved throughout their life with annual application of SEMCO teak sealer. SEREN WEN's decks are impressive and have no history or plug or caulking failure.
The hull was stripped of anti-fouling 2013 and the exposed hull allowed to dry. Three coats of Gelshield plus were applied to give a waterproof barrier and provide long term security for hull and copper coat. Four coats of copper coat applied.
