Carver 396 Motor Yacht Overview

In 2000, Carver introduced the 396 Motor Yacht. By raising the gunnels, they were able to expand the interior space the full width of the beam. This created a large “great room” including an extremely spacious salon, galley, and dinette. This is QUALITY TIME. The salon features plush ultra leather seating with two recliners, tiered windows for visibility and natural light, and 7’ headroom, an extremely comfortable area for relaxing. The galley includes a three burner stove, convection oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ample counter space, and plenty of storage cabinets. A dinette with seating for 6 completes this very functional interior entertainment area. The master stateroom aft has an innerspring walk around queen bed, two cedar closets, 2 night tables, many drawers, separate head with vacuflush toilet and enclosed shower. The private guest quarters are forward with a double innerspring mattress, cedar closet, drawers, and separate head with shower. Outside, the 73 square foot aft deck is fully enclosed with a hardtop, and wing doors to the deck. Molded steps lead to the fully enclosed flybridge. This elevated space has great panoramic visibility, seating for 6, high/low helm seat, an array of navigation equipment, and wetbar area. Powered by twin Volvo Penta TMAD diesel engines, she cruises at 18 knots. The current owner has kept QUALITY TIME at their private dock and continuously maintained her to be ready to cruise.
