Boat Overview

The Admiral 28 is an exceptional yacht with a flybridge of great charm, launched by the Lavagna Shipyards in 1996. With its 24 meters in length and registration in Malta, it combines elegance, comfort, and performance. The boat, classified as RINA, boasts an all-aluminum structure and the modern stabilization system with CMC fins, ensuring stable and pleasant navigation in all conditions.

Pre-Season Works 2025

• Arrangement of miscellaneous and arrangement of some defects present on painting


• Installation of remote control generator on the Raymarine plotter


• Installation/integration of grey water control in the wheelhouse

• Cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning baskets, motors, and generators


• Antifouling, zinc, and propspeed on axes and propellers

Refit Details

Exterior

• Verification of the aluminum thicknesses of the entire hull


• Repainted with white AWL CRAFT paint and cycle


• The internal gunwale of the main deck has been rebuilt from scratch


• All the windows were dismantled; gaskets replaced and perimeter seals reapplied

Side doors dismantled; movement belts repainted and changed

• Entire fly windshield and antennas dismantled; manholes resealed and gaskets replaced


• Two reinforced AISI 316 stainless steel anchor beater plates installed


• Decking covered in rubberized teak of the side walkways up to the bow (replaced in 2019)


• Cockpit and fly decks replaced in 2024 with a new 12 mm thick solid teak slatted top


• Supply and assembly of 34 Quick Nice IP66 cockpit spotlights and rollbar fly


• All flybridge furniture has been completely redesigned and rebuilt from scratch


• New cockpit tables and benches veneer


• Installation of USB charging stations (2 on sundeck, 3 on main deck, and instrument panel fly)


• Bimini makeover in sunbrella fabric + installation of LED lighting


• External cushions completely replaced (2023/24) + new outer cushion covers


• External dashboard sun cover in black anti-UV micro-perforated


• Tender hauling system with overhauled davit with new engine


• Supply and installation of 2 Quick secret lights complete with power supply system and protection fuse on the sundeck


• Custom barrel profile on both sides of the hull in AISI 316 stainless steel


• Two new aft fairleads in reinforced AISI 316 stainless steel


• Winch mooring: 1 new 2023 and 1 of respect


• Two pairs of divers with accommodation location

Engine Room

• New machine room insulation

• Clean and replace both grease shorts of the hydro-lubricated axle seals


• N.2 new (2024) MASE 29Kw power generators (29 TBC if instead of 27)


• New VICTRON chargers for engines/services/generators (2023) + new batteries


• Hp Watermakers 400l/h new watermaker


• Stabilizers serviced and overhauled with new software


• Supply and installation of a new LED lighting system in the engine room with 16 FLAT LANZINI ceiling lights length 1272

Interior

• Carpet and décor (mattresses, bedspreads, curtains, sofas, dining room chairs, lower deck ceilings, bridge) new interior (2023/24)


• Interior décor renovations redone in 2023/24: Cabin ceilings, headboards, curtains, saloon curtains, corridor and dining room, seat upholstery, renovation of saloon sofas + pouf + decorative cushions, pilot house command chair


• Supply and installation of LED courtesy lights, veils, and under-beds for all cabins


• Supply and installation of water purification plant, chilled water carbonator in the kitchen


• Supply and installation of a new scratch-resistant stainless steel sink complete with 5-function faucet in the kitchen (2024)
